The Women’s 1s have a strong history of National League hockey and boast a wealth of experienced players many of whom have come through the youth system and returned to the club after playing National League at University and in some cases at international level.

The team regained its National League status in 2023 and finished strongly in 4th place in their first season back in the Conference East.

Benefiting from top level coaching on pitches laid as part of being the London 2012 Olympic Games official training facility for hockey.

The W1s are a very friendly team who frequently enjoy sociable drinks after matches in the club house.

The team are very much looking forward to the new National League Conference East season ahead.
